We wish to share with you very encouraging statistics about the average weight loss of the users of WeightChart.com.
Our analysis of all returning users shows an average weight loss of 11 lbs. Those that have used the site for between six and 12 months have lost an average of 17.1 lbs! Even more amazing is that the users who have added between 50 and 100 wellness entries have lost 22.9 lbs on average!
With tens of thousands of members it is likely that nearly all known strategies for weight loss and wellness are being put to practice. These averages show that tracking and visualizing can contribute greatly to whatever strategy helps with your success.

You may notice a couple of Google ads at the bottom of our nutrition detail pages. We have no desire to pollute our content with the noise of advertisements. These ads do not appear if you are logged into your account.
We have desire to learn more about various factors that impact our traffic from the search engines. We have been getting increasing traffic from the various search engines. We want to measure any impact on the traffic from Google search because of these ads.

New Features
Many new features are pushed out this afternoon.
- Now you can setup to receive a quick entry message that give you a link to add your wellness data without needing to login. The page is also setup to be handy for handheld devices.
- If you remain logged in, you are now automatically redirected to your chart.
- Many new features for Together groups.
- Nutrition database now has lists with highest and lowest of a nutrient. You can look up high fat fast foods or low sodium foods. What are the highest protien foods?
- Now you can specify your reasons and goals for wellness. These are sent back to you on your reminders!
